Ate the 10 piece nugget meal, felt extremely full which was weird.. after the fact I went home and my stomach immediately began to hurt and I at first thought it was appendicitis for the pain was so extreme. Anyway, I went to sleep at about 11 o'clock at night and awoke the next morning at 2 am needing to vomit extremely bad. When I say I vomited I mean I threw up so much that I immediately knew I had food poisoning. The vomiting happened about 7 times, and by the last time I chose to never eat Wendy's ever again. | Symptome: Übelkeit, Erbrechen
