Been on strict diet for 2 months. Hadn't eaten till 11:30 a.m stopped at del Monte whole foods on Wednesday June 31st...about an hour after had to go to the bathroom very quickly. Evening had light dinner with family..at 11 p.m heavy vomiting following diarrhea, hot and cold sweats through the nite until dehydrated with cramps....no one else from dinner had any issues. No more buffet at whele foods for me. | Symptome: Durchfall, Erbrechen, Krämpfe, schwitzen
