Yesterday I got several food for the week at Whole Foods market but when I got home I only had the guac and chips around 4pm. By 9pm the diarrhea and nausea started reaching it’s peak at 3am in the morning. I have lost count of how many times I already went to the bathroom. That was the only food I had yesterday so I am pretty sure this is what caused me to get sick. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
