I gave my son spaghetti & meats balls & about 3 hours later he had blowout diarrhea. First I didn't know it was from the spaghetti n meat balls until it started happening to me but worse. I had diarrhea & extreme stomach cramps & still do. My son didn't finish it all so I ate the rest which is how I know it was definitely this product because we didn't eat anything else | Symptome: Übelkeit, Durchfall, Erbrechen, Schmerzen im Magen, Fieber, Krämpfe, Schüttelfrost
