At lunch on 6 August 2018. It was a while back but it was so bad that I still think about it. I suspect it may be the chilli condiments on the tables. Im not sure how often they change those chillis. I had severe diarrhoea fever vomiting which lasted a few days. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
