Kickin chicken sandwich meal, extra ranch, medium sweet tea. I ate the same thing last week had the same symptoms. I thought it was the heat since I work at a garden center but nope. Happens today again! Felt like throwing up when I stood up after I finished eating. I did not throw up, but approximately 30 minutes late I was dizzy. It lasted for about 2 hours today . Last week it felt like it lasted over three hours. My boss and manager coincidentally ate there today also! Same! They felt dizzy and felt like throwing up also!! Maybe it's expired food. Idk | Symptome: Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Schwindel
