Got Wendy's jbc meal, I got woken up at 2am due to diarrhea. I've had a fever and serious committing issues. I can't keep anything down I drank ginger ale, and 2 hours later it was all puked up. It's like my body isn't digesting anything, not even fluids.  | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
