Not sure had a meal 24 hours ago. Then over night train when I didn’t eat. The ate buffet at new hotel but couldn’t finish as diorra starting. Had loperamide and paracetamol. Trying to drink bottled water but now 5 hours latter very nauseated and vomiting , 2 others are unwell
| Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Kopfschmerz
