Bought the 4 for 4 meal with a coke around 3 pm. It was my first meal since the following day. I ate the burger and chicken nuggets, within 3 hours I began to have constant watery diarrhea, within an hour of that I began to vomit. I had a fever and was followed by nauseated feeling.
| Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
