Chicken with cheese sandwich (same as Euless Texas report from April 1st) after eating 6hrs later. Vomiting alot . Diarrhea no fever it seems. Ate hardly anything else except walmart penut m and ms since 10am ate chick fila about 9pm so really think it was tainted
