Had the Real Ale Machete which consisted of a fried egg, hash browns, sauteed mushrooms, onions and a porter ale bacon jam. Beef was thoroughly cooked so unsure of what the cause could have been. Ordered on 12/27/2019 at 11:45 AM. Symptoms set in approx. 2 hours after consumption.
