Ordered chicken teriyaki, Udon (noodles), fried rise, and a spicy salmon roll for lunch on Saturday. As soon as I got home, I felt nauseated, and started vomiting and also had diarrhea. The vomiting and diarrhea lasted until the next day, and I was too weak and dehydrated to go to the doctor.
