Ordered Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal 9/1/21. Illness started about 6 hours after eating and has lasted about 8 hours so far.

Tomato soup and a steak/white cheddar panini. Vomiting and fever started 12 hours later and lasted for 14 hours. 48 hours later and I am still severely dehydrated and can't eat.
