Hey there people. I'm the original person who had posted this report. I made this when I was 9 years old. I'm currently 14 so I just decided to find my old report and completely revamp it. Enjoy :D (This experience was how my emetophobia developed)

I had gotten an Oreo Shake at Burger King at around 8 or 9 pm and I had drank it along with my burger and I noticed the shake tasted weird but my 9 year old self had thought nothing of it and I later went to sleep for school the next day. Around 2:40 am or so I had woken up with a mass amount of nausea. I was just laying there and I was thinking about what in the world was going on and I didn't know what to do. I tried to go back to sleep and I just couldn't because nausea obviously. And at 3:00 am on the dot exactly! I had suddenly vomited on my pillow and immediately ran to my parents to tell them and while I was going to the bathroom I vomited again... and I thankfully got the final spewings in the toilet. Unfortunately my parents had a mess to clean up :( My mom stayed with me through the rest of the night if I had to throw up again. to make it short, i unfortunately never made it to the toilet ever when I had vomited once again but luckily on a towel my mom had set up in case I didn't make it there. My mom left at 7 am to take care of my little brother and I turned on my tv but I was too fatigued to get the remote.. so I guess I was stuck watching a show that advertised products and showcased them and I was dying of thirst so much. I realized now that I had dehydration and while still being accompanied by nausea. I threw up one final time while playing a game on my broken phone. I did it in a garbage can since it was very sudden. That was thankfully the final time I would vomit. I still feel bad for my own 9 year old self since I wasn't freaking out that much. I never had an Oreo Shake again after that all happened and later on in the day I felt better and rehydrated myself. I hope you enjoyed this revamped report 5 years later. (I'm doing good in my life too)
