Ate a steak/barbacoa burrito 2 days ago for dinner and have had nausea, vomiting and diarrhea consistently ever since. Unable to tolerate anything solid by mouth, can barely move around without needing to vomit. Began vomiting bile yesterday. Never eating chipotle again.
