Monday April 13, 2026 Food from Zona Cocinca Ate carnita burrito and fries. Food tasted funny so did not finish. Detected bad smell from the grease. Started vomiting Monday night and continued to vomit through Thursday with bouts of diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Saturday I ordered a sweet pork burrito, the wife ordered sweet pork quesadilla with rice. From Sunday until Thursday I experienced severe watery stool, chills, fever, painfully swollen neck.
