I ate the lamb meatloaf with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes at around 6 p.m. on Wednesday, 9/26. I woke up about 4 in the morning vomiting throughout the night and into the next day/night until around 11 p.m. I was exhausted, and could only sleep in between.
