Ate a chicken sandwich just before bed and woke up at 1am with severe stomach pain and diarrhea. The pain is so bad I can’t lie down!:(, I’m not sure if anyone else in my family ate from there, but I ate around 12:00am and woke up at 1:00 with severe stomach pain.
