Greek Kitchen pita with falafal, taziki, hummus, onions. 1 person got sick. severe diarrhea and abdominal pain and cramping within 30-40 min of consumption. Severe abdominal pain, gas, dizziness and continued diarrhea continues 4 hours after consuming sandwich.
