Made a salad form the salad bar with mix greens at 2 pm 6/1/18 and by 5pm started to be sick. That night was the sickest of my life. immediately vomiting anything I ingested. By 6/3 morning have not be able to sleep eat or drink and have lost 8 pounds. Have to cancel business travel plans.
