American Airlines, Flight AA4034 Chicago to San Antonio

My husband and I both got suddenly and violently ill in the middle of the night after our Jan. 7 AA4034 flight from San Antonio to Chicago. The in-flight chicken breast and salad were the only things we ate in common all day.
