أكلت شيئا أمس هنا والأطعمة الكاملة في كولومبيا، دكتوراه في الطب، حصلت على المرضى اليوم مع الإسهال. حصلت على الإسهال في 24 ساعة (اليوم) —كان يمكن أن يكون من ماكدونالدز (البيض mcmuffin في ويتون MD ولكن أنا أكثر تشمل أعتقد أنه كان من هنا أو الأطعمة الكاملة أمس.

I ate at 5/25/19. I got diarrhea 5 hours later. I ate the leftovers the next day and got diarrhea 5 hours later again.

I ate chipotle for dinner around 5:30pm and went to bed around 6:30pm. Around 10:45pm I woke up to use the bathroom and I felt nauseous, fatigue and cold. It's now 2:14am and I still feel AWFUL!!
