picked up food for me and my dog while staying in nearby hotel. Within two hours nausea set in. Then vomit and diarrhea. My dog ate the meatballs and he also is sick with diarrhea!

ذهبنا الشمس في الساعة 11:30 لتناول طعام الغداء فقط هناك. كان 4 منا نفس الطعام، غواصات الديك الرومي والبيتزا الكبيرة لمشاركتها مع البوب. بحلول يوم الاثنين كنا نموت, قيء, إسهال, آلام في العضلات, إيذاء المعدة, حمى طفيفة, صداع, دوار, غثيان فقط أسفل الحق BAD! غاب زوجي وأولاديهما…

I ordered spaghetti - plain, with sauce and meatballs on the side. I was about to shake Parmesan cheese into the spaghetti noodles and noticed a black bug, larger than an "ant" crawling inside the cheese shaker. I turned the shaker into an employee behind the counter…
