أطلب وعاء بوريتو من ihop ولم أتناوله حتى بعد 30 دقيقة تبدأ معدتي في الالتواء والدوران، تناولت بيبتو لمحاولة تسويته فقط لكي أتقيأ وأتقيأ أثناء وجودي في المرحاض، ما زلت أعاني من مشاكل مع الإسهال

I had the Monte Cristo sandwich and hashbrowns. Within 24 hours I felt bloated and kept belching. By the next morning I was in intense abdominal pain, diarrhea and nauseous. I missed 3 days of work. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, الانتفاخ, التجشؤ

I ate today at 11:30. I had the bacon temptation omelette with a side of cupcake pancakes.
