11:30 AM Ordered and ate the following dishes with my co workers: Grilled Squid over Rice, Fried chicken. About 1.5 hrs after, I started to feel uncomfortable. Went to the bathroom, had diarrhea and every 5-10 min after, went to the bathroom. Started to vomit as well.…
