اليوم الدجاج تناولت سلطة الكرنب والبطاطا مع الدجاج بالليمون. أصبت بمرض عنيف بعد ساعة أو نحو ذلك من تناول الطعام. القيء لعدة ساعات والقشعريرة والغثيان والإغماء.

اليوم، الدجاج كان الدجاج وردي، لقد كنت أتقيأ، أعاني من تقلصات في المعدة والآن الإسهال. لم أكن أدرك إلا بعد حدوث ذلك اليوم

Me and a friend went to our local Nandos. I got the chicken wrap, halloumi fries, chips and mash. Usually Nandos has been fine for me. Felt really odd after eating, when I woke up the next morning (went to Nandos night before) I couldn’t stop vomiting…
