Hoy, pollo, comí ensalada de col y patatas fritas con pollo al limón. Me enfermé gravemente una hora más o menos después de comer. Vómitos durante varias horas, escalofríos, náuseas y desmayo.

Me and a friend went to our local Nandos. I got the chicken wrap, halloumi fries, chips and mash. Usually Nandos has been fine for me. Felt really odd after eating, when I woke up the next morning (went to Nandos night before) I couldn’t stop vomiting…
