طلبت رافيولي كاربونارا مع الدجاج المقرمش. شعرت بالغثيان قليلاً بعد ذلك، فكرت في الإفراط في تناول الطعام. تناولت بقايا الطعام في الليلة التالية. بعد ساعات قليلة شعرت بالغثيان والقيء والانتفاخ وشعرت بالرعب. استمرت الأعراض ما يقرب من 24 ساعة حتى الآن.

I’ve been hospitalized the past two days. Chicken and shrimp carbonara. Dehydration and nausea and throwing up. 104 fever. Something is wrong with the shrimp. Something is definitely wrong.

Salad from Olive Garden, Ate lunch at Olive Garden at 1:30. All 3 of us had the unlimited salad. An hour and a half later my 3 year old threw up in the car and a few hours after that I was throwing up and my husband was feeling nauseous.

Girlfriend had the same salad, same soup, same ice tea, and same desert. Only thing different was our main dish. I had shrimp alfredo, and she had some kind of shrimp/chicken with regular spaghetti noodles, not sure of name. I noticed her shrimp was prepared differently, still had tails on it.
