I’ve been hospitalized the past two days. Chicken and shrimp carbonara. Dehydration and nausea and throwing up. 104 fever. Something is wrong with the shrimp. Something is definitely wrong.

Salad from Olive Garden, Ate lunch at Olive Garden at 1:30. All 3 of us had the unlimited salad. An hour and a half later my 3 year old threw up in the car and a few hours after that I was throwing up and my husband was feeling nauseous.

我的工作每个月都有午餐会。我们从不同的地方订购。5 月 17 日，我们决定选择 Olive Garden。我吃了一半半的烤宽面条和鸡肉 Alfredo。我离开桌子，出门是因为感觉太过热了。我什至无法回来吃甜点。我回去完成了一天的工作，甚至距离上楼还不到 15 分钟，我觉得自己必须呕吐，而且出汗太厉害了。我保持镇定，但剩下的时间都这样... 我开始了这持续了两个多星期... 我知道出了点问题。午餐会后一周前 4 天失踪后上班了。我被送回家了。我知道那是时候去急诊室了，如果我的工作是在工作日送我回家的话。

Girlfriend had the same salad, same soup, same ice tea, and same desert. Only thing different was our main dish. I had shrimp alfredo, and she had some kind of shrimp/chicken with regular spaghetti noodles, not sure of name. I noticed her shrimp was prepared differently, still had tails on it.
