في 3 ديسمبر كان لي عصير التوت Açaí والدجاج والمعكرونة طبق. بعد عدة ساعات بدأت أشعر بالغثيان وبدأت في التقيؤ. لقد كنت أتقيأ طوال الأيام الأربعة الماضية ولم أتمكن من الحفاظ على أي طعام منذئذ.

I ate the spinach salad with chicken (however they did not put any spinach in my salad they used arugula lettuce. I felt nauseous a few hours later and vomited/diarrhea all night and into the next day. I have several other family members who have gotten food poisoning here too.

Ordered Cobb salad and spouse ordered the Signature Pasta. Both have chicken. We became ill right after we at. I was still at the restaurant (60 minutes ) and my spouse was 15 minutes later.
