بالأمس ذهبت لتناول الغداء هناك, كان لدي كوكتيل جمبري, حساء البطلينوس, وقلي السمك بعد بضع ساعات, بدأت أشعر بالمرض, ذهبت إلى العمل, اضطررت إلى ترك العمل مبكرًا لدي إسهال وقيء لا يمكن السيطرة عليه, اضطررت إلى الاتصال بعملي اليوم.

Not sure but ate shrimp with noodles...grilled shrimp...backed potatoe ....lobster....salad...but only had a few bites of pasta ...one i got home i had severe shivers for two hours straight stomach cramps vomiting diarrhea As explained above ...symtoms started after 3 to 4 hours later

I ordered the clam chowder, key lime pie and lobster bake. I only had the clam chowder and lobster bake. A few hours later I threw up and had diarrhea which lasted all night. Forced to take off work tomorrow. Not sure how long it will last.…
