تناولت برغر بالجبن وبطاطس مقلية وصلصة جبن من مطعم Small Cheval on Wells بتاريخ 5/9/2026، وبعد 10 ساعات شعرت بمرض شديد - أعراض تتوافق مع التسمم الغذائي. ألم حاد في المعدة، إسهال، قشعريرة، غثيان. :(
