Yesterday, I went to Taco Bell to buy the 5$ Nacho Fries Lunch box. It had Doritos Taco, Nacho Fries with Melted cheese, and A Soft and Hard shell taco in one. The next day I woke up and my stomach was hurting

My 2 sons ate taco supremes and I ate a burrito suppreme last night. We all ended up sick with fevers between 100.3 and 101 as well as vomiting and diarrhea.
