كنت قد طلبت علبة بطاطس ناتشو وشعرت بخيبة أمل بعض الشيء في البوريتو السميك المكون من 5 طبقات حيث تذوق اللحم قليلاً. في وقت لاحق من هذا اليوم بدأت أعاني من آلام في المعدة. انتهى بي الأمر بالنوم ولكن استيقظت أثناء الليل 4-5 مرات وتقيأت 4 مرات.…

I had eaten nacho Fries at around 8, and all through out the night my stomach hurt so bad. I couldn't sleep. I threw up 4 or 5 times. I still feel like crap.

Around 6:30 pm on 3/20/17 I ate the #8 soft taco, 1 and half cool ranch doritos locos tacos, and chips and cheese. Around 1 am the following morning (7 hours later) I started puking multiple times until about 5 am.
