Ate a steak quesarito, chicken rolled tacos and a steak taco at around 4 p.m. on November 21st. Severe diarrhea, upset stomach and headache 8 hours after.

I ate a Fresco steak soft taco .on August 19, 2019 at 6 pm. I started feeling sick by 8 pm. I threw up and had diarrhea all night. I couldn’t keep fluids down.
