This is the 3rd time I’ve eaten a turkey, provolone, spinach, mayo and spicy mustard sub, and got extreme stomach pain, bloating, major nausea and bouts of diarrhea.

I ate a chicken cheesecake last night. All day today and this morning I've been committing and throwing up. I went to the hospital and was told this was food related. PLEASE BE CAREFUL
