I prepared beyond meat a several occasions in order to change to a "healthier" protein. The first weekend of consumption I noted I felt sick and was putting out 20% less power on my bikes power meter. This weekend we prepared beyond meat hamburger in veggie and potato mix and after consuming it had headache and fever for most of the night and my wife felt like vomiting.Beware of beyond meat.
