Fyi I am vegetarian, so I don`t think I ate any bad meat, but who knows. Ate after noon on Tuesday the 20th, of August, 2019. Had rice, Dal, tomato base paneer, veggie rice, and a little fried onions. Seemed ok, but in retrospect the temperature was probably colder than it should have been, like Luke warm. I started feeling off two hours or less later. Went home, started feeling nauseous. Ate two antacids and started drinking water. Lungs and throat started getting raspy with mucus, felt like pneumonia coming on. Just vomited all stomach all the food up. Feel less nauseous, just exhausted now. Hope I am better in the morning,.
