أكلت 5 بيضات كريمية على مدار اليوم (لا أفعل ذلك عادةً ولكني فعلت ذلك اليوم)، وفجأة أصبت بالإسهال. هذه هي المرة الأولى!
هل تم الإبلاغ عن ذلك إلى Cadbury (أو من يمتلكها)؟ وإلا فما الهدف من هذا الموقع؟؟ كنت أتناولها كل عام، لكن بعد قراءتها العام الماضي، لن أتناولها مرة أخرى أبدًا. لم أقرأ أي شخص يقول إنه تحدث إلى الشركة. لا يبدو أن موقع الويب هذا يقدم تقارير نشطة للشركات، وهو أمر غير مفيد. لن يكون لدينا أي مراقبة حقيقية لسلامة الأغذية في ظل هذه الإدارة - يحتاج هذا الموقع إلى الإبلاغ عن أشياء من هذا القبيل. زعنفة

Hi, thanks for your comment. We definitely do actively report issues - over 500 public health agencies and many major food companies monitor our platform for early signals. Especially in cases like this, we work hard to ensure issues are escalated. That said, we don’t always get the engagement or results we’d hope for :/ but we continue to push and do the very best we can.
