I ate 5 cream eggs during the course of a day (i don't normally do that but today i did), and suddenly had diarrhea. This is a first!

Did this get reported to Cadbury (or whoever owns them)? Otherwise, what is the point of this website?? I used to eat these every year, but after reading this last year, I never will again. Didn’t read anyone say they spoke to the company. Doesn’t seem like this website actively reports to companies, which is not helpful. We will have no real food safety monitoring under this administration- this website needs to report things like this. Fin

Hi, thanks for your comment. We definitely do actively report issues - over 500 public health agencies and many major food companies monitor our platform for early signals. Especially in cases like this, we work hard to ensure issues are escalated. That said, we don’t always get the engagement or results we’d hope for :/ but we continue to push and do the very best we can. Thanks again for the question, and we’re sincerely sorry this hasn't led to more decisive information so far. We really appreciate you being part of the community and hope you’ll continue to report issues with us. We always promise to do our best - and when signals come in from across the U.S. and even globally, as they have in this case, we believe it’s one of the most powerful ways to identify potential product or brand issues.
