Drinking caramel macchiato. I had my normal breakfast of rice cakes and smearing of peanut butter. We went on a search for a non-7-11/Quick Check/WaWa for a more artisan coffee and since most cafes are closed since it’s November, we thought we lucked out with they being opened on the seaside heights boardwalk- Homemade Fudge/ Fancy Coffee Menu, with descriptions and large coffee and expresso machines. I ordered a large caramel macchiato. It tasted fine/ little less flavorful with more frothiness. I’ve NVR had such a visceral reaction to any coffee before: extremely painful gas pains, took tums- no relief. Didn’t identify the cause as the coffee at first until the gas got so excruciating that I had my husband look up possible causes; we realized I hadn’t had anything else and then diarrhea struck and nausea to point of vomiting. My belly bloat looked like I swallowed a watermelon. I’m so frustrated because it is clear that with little to no customers, the machines probably aren’t washed or maintained and I’m an idiot for thinking that was a good idea. They should be shut down during these months if they can’t afford or hire staff to keep customers from getting sick!! I’m disgusted. | الأعراض: غثيان, آخر, إسهال, الانتفاخ, غاز
