Not sure. Had Grilled Spicy Chk sandwich with pickles, med waffle fries, frosted coffee and 2 sauces. Ate at 4 PM, stomach cramping, light headiness and bile started around 6 PM. Severe stomach cramping and serious projectile vomiting around 7-8 PM...fell asleep with severe stomach cramps and woke around 4 PM the next day. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات, مرارة
