I had a chicken bowl with white rice and pinto beans medium and hot sauce corn mix guac and cheese. I have strong cramps and almost instantly after eating my food I was in the bathroom. I don't eat out much but food shouldn't do this to a person it's crazy strong cramps. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
