For dinner at 7:00 PM on 3/7/2018 I had take out from Chipotle. I ate a barbecue burrito with black beans, red salsa, cheese and sour cream. At 3:00 am I woke up to terrible stomach cramps, had several bowl movements some diarrhea. After morning shower at 7:00 am I violently vomited multiple times. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, قيء, تشنجات
