Chicken bowl over brown ricell grilled veggies, black beans, salsa, corn, cheese, chips, guacamole. Less than an hour after eating, tummy started to hurt and grumble. Had diarrhea for minutes on toilet. Felt like I was gonna vomit, started sweating like crazy, breathing hard and crying out in pain.
