My husband ordered 2 soft tacos with chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, brown rice, red sauce, green sauce, guacamole and chips on the side at 4:30 pm. Around 9 pm he started feeling nausea that followed by abdominal pain. Around midnight the vomiting and diarrhea, fever and aches began.
