Big Don sub, pepperoni pizza. Ate at 7:00pm, woke up at 6:00am and Vomited for hours and every shade of liquid poop. Haven't kept anything down. The kids (3&8) have the runs too but no vomiting yet. Wasn't sure if it is from the lettuce on the big don or not. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
