I have symptoms including diarrhea nauseas, fever and vomiting.Yesterday I ordered a fish and cheese from the 2 for 2.50 along with nuggets. I asked for the fish and cheese to be plain with just cheese. I got home and it was plain with no cheese just ketchup. I was hungry so I ate it. A few hours later I started feeling hot and naseaus, and had to use the bathroom. Upon using the bathroom I realized I had diarrhea as I couldn't get off the toilet all night. At times I was throwing up while still on the toilet which I felt was uncontrollable I was very lightheaded and close to fainting several times I couldn’t even stand.This is my last time eating mcdonalds I swear! | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
