Went for lunch with friends. Me and my 4 year old son ate veggie pasta with shrimp and Tuscan soup with breadsticks. Son woke up at 3 am vomiting and complaining stomach ache. I feel nosious and have diarrhea. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
