I ate chicken and mushroom and the teriyaki chicken at on Thursday March 7th 11:36am (close to noon) by 2pm I began to feel nauseas and had diarrhea. By 4pm I had a temp of 102, couldn’t move, body aches, and began puking for the next several hours every 10-20Min I was either puking or having diarrhea.
